Charley is an executive officer of MacKenzie Properties, Inc., which is the general partner of more
than 3,000,000 square feet of office and retail projects located in the state of Maryland. This
relationship affords us the opportunity to have one of the largest full service commercial real
estate firms in Maryland manage and lease our properties.
